🌱 A Quick Note on Flavour Strength
QUIT IT is a gentle, easy draw rather than a strong hit. Our flavour cores are made with natural essential oils and plant & fruit extracts. No nasties, just natural flavour.
Many people find the flavour becomes more noticeable with regular use.

Flavour cores last about 5 days on average, delivering hundreds of gentle, flavoured draws.
HOW TO USE ▾
- Insert a flavour core into your inhaler.
- Replace the tip and you’re ready to go.
- Draw slowly and gently. The flavour is subtle by design, never harsh.
Tips for best results:

Do I need to already own a QUIT IT inhaler?+
Yes. This is a refill-only bundle and does not include an inhaler. New customers should purchase the Starter Pack first.
Can I choose duplicate flavours?+
Yes. Choose any combination up to the number included in your selected bundle, including multiple packs of the same flavour.
How long does each flavour core last?+
Each core lasts about five days on average, depending on how frequently you use it. Every flavour pack contains three cores.
What does the flavour feel like?+
Expect gently flavoured normal airflow, an easy draw rather than a strong hit. Menthol flavours feel brighter while fruit flavours are softer, so many people keep a few on hand to suit the moment.
